Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled within 14 days of initial purchase for a full refund, provided minimal usage of premium features.
Educational Programs
Learning program refunds are available within 7 days if you've completed less than 25% of the course material and aren't satisfied with the content quality.

Decision & Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. You'll receive confirmation via email, and the amount will appear in your original payment method.
Account Adjustment
Your account access will be adjusted according to the refunded services. Any downloaded content or reports may need to be returned or will become inaccessible.
Payment Methods & Processing Times
Refund processing times vary depending on your original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days, while bank transfers may take 7-10 business days. PayPal refunds are usually instant once processed on our end.
For payments made through third-party platforms or corporate invoicing, additional processing time may be required. We'll keep you updated throughout the process and provide tracking information where possible.
Important Limitations
Please note that certain services are not eligible for refunds, including one-time consultation fees after the consultation has been completed, custom report generation after delivery, and services used beyond our usage thresholds. Additionally, refunds requested after 45 days from purchase date may not be processed except in exceptional circumstances.
Partial Refunds & Pro-rated Services
